Important changes to our emails.
As part of our continued efforts to improve our service levels for our customers we have instigated a number of changes to the current email addresses in operation. The changes will reflect the realignment of our customer services team which was implemented in September of last year. Part of the key changes included the integration of the NVELOPE® and SFS Fall Protection business (previously QBM) within SFS in the UK.
From 30th March '21 we will introduce the following changes:
Receipt of purchase orders and order amendments from customers and colleagues.
For any of the following product lines: FP, RC, BC, HT, RW.
For all other enquiries such as:
• Order status/ETA's
• Stock availability
• Price Lists
• Reschedule requests
Receipt of purchase orders and order amendments from customers and colleagues. For RS exclusively.
• POD requests
• Return requests
• Return updates
• Invoice queries
• Invoice/Credit Note copies
• Delivery note copies
